Derek Mosley, J.D. - Mr. Mosley is currently the Director of the Lubar Center for Public Policy Research and Civic Education at Marquette University Law School. While his content proves him to be quite the food enthusiast, he is also a vibrant voice in the community. During Black History Month, he highlights crucial stories and contributions that resonate deeply, celebrating culture and history. Throughout the year, he showcases local businesses and unique products, supporting and uplifting his community. A former Milwaukee Municipal Court judge, he is a nationally recognized speaker on unconscious bias and civic engagement, known for making complex social issues accessible and impactful. And it just so happens that Derek was also my Girl Scout Gold Award Project Advisor!

Pragya Agarwal, Ph.D. - Dr. Pragya Agarwal is a distinguished researcher and thought leader renowned for her groundbreaking work in the area of unconscious bias awareness. She is a behavioral scientist, author, and global expert on unconscious bias, decision-making and inclusivity. With a Ph.D. in spatial cognition, she has taught at universities in the UK and US and is the author of acclaimed books including Sway and (M)otherhood. Her work combines science, storytelling, and activism to challenge systemic bias and promote equity.

Helen Turnbull, Ph.D. - Dr. Turnbull is the founder of Human Facets, where she develops tools and strategies to address unconscious bias and to foster inclusion. She is a globally recognized DEI expert with over 25 years of experience. She hold a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University and her TEDx talk, The Illusion of Inclusion, along with her psychometric assessments are used worldwide to advance equity in orgnizations.

Jennifer Eberhardt, Ph.D. - Dr. Eberhardt is a Stanford social psychologist and MacArthur "Genius" Grant recipient whose research examines the links between race and bias, particularly in the criminal justice system. She earned her Ph.D. from Harvard and co-directs Stanford's SPARQ center, applying behavior science to real-world issues. Her acclaimed book, Biased, explores the science of implicit bias and its impact on society.
