About Me

Hi! I'm Rayna, a passionate advocate for social awareness and positive change. I created this website as part of my Girl Scout Gold Award project and I’m dedicated to tackling important issues—starting with unconscious bias. The goal of my project was to educate and empower people of all ages to recognize and challenge the biases that shape our everyday decisions.

But I knew from the start that I wanted this to be something I could continue beyond the boundaries of the project timeline. Recognizing, confronting, and addressing our baises is a lifelong effort and I invite everyone to walk with me on this path to awareness.

I believe that small actions lead to big change, and by fostering conversations about bias, inclusivity, and fairness, we can create a more understanding world. Whether through presentations, interactive activities, or community engagement, my goal is to make a lasting impact.
